Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
GRAV Creative Studio is not liable for products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once handed off to the shipping carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier if this happens — contact us at gravcreations@gmail.com.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We don't currently offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding.
